Text and Email Message Service

Doctors and surgery staff may use text messaging or email to pass information on to you regarding test results and other health information. Please do not reply to these messages as it is a one way messaging service and NOT a service for consulting your GP.

Parents/Guardians can receive text message communications for children until they turn 12 years old, after which they will be switched off automatically. When the child turns 15 they will have the option to provide their own contact number for text communications. This is to protect the confidentiality of young patients

You can now register to receive information by text/email message on your phone regarding appointments and health care.

IF YOU WISH TO REGISTER FOR THIS MESSAGING SERVICE PLEASE FILL OUT THE OPT-IN FORM below.

PROXY ACCESS – If you would like to receive text communications on behalf of another patient please fill out and return the Proxy Access Consent Form to reception.

IMPORTANT – Please tell us if you change your email address or mobile number or if your phone is lost or stolen.
